Our Foreman, Jose C., and his crew excavated the soil around the foundation, broke out the foundation wall, and installed our Egress Window and RockWell Window Well. Our Egress Windows are designed to allow a safe exit out of the home, provide a more inviting entrance to the basement, and bring in more fresh air. Our RockWell Window Well is a one-piece construction that is made for safety and is a great alternative to ugly window windows. To complete the project, our crew backfilled and compacted the soil, ensuring the space was neater and cleaner than when they found it.

A homeowner from Stewartville, MN contact us when they began to notice unwanted cold air entering their crawl space, creating an energy inefficient space. When they called in, we set them up with our FREE estimate, entitling them to a thorough inspection by one of our System Design Specialists, Pete. After Pete finished his walkthrough, he made his recommendations as to how we could help. He wanted to use our CleanSpace vapor barrier to address any unwanted water, as well as aid in making the space more energy efficient. The homeowners quickly agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Lane, and his crew ended up installing over 1,400 sq ft of our CleanSpace throughout the crawl space with no hassle. They ended the project by spraying any remaining holes or joints with our spray foam. Now our customer can head into the winter months without worrying about their crawl space costing extra money!

Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which prevents water clogs, acts as an underground drain, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity problems, cover any divots or holes, and provides a neat and clean appearance. To complete the project, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Miriam was thrilled with the work and had a great experience from start to finish with our crew! 

A homeowner in Elkton, MN, noticed their sump pump was running slower and making odd noises. Concerned about the status of their sump pump, the homeowner looked for a professional to assist them. After seeing the incredible benefits, the homeowner agreed with Romeo's recommendations. Our Foreman, Dakota, was assigned to complete the job. When Dakota arrived, he began by taking out the old sump pump. Once the old sump was removed, he put the TripleSafe in its place. Additionally, Dakota installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After the IceGuard was secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
