Rick went to their home, carefully inspected their crawl space, and drew up a few different solutions that Pete and Heather could choose from. Our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew started the installation by installing 740 square feet of our CleanSpace Moisture Barrier around the entire crawl space. This moisture barrier keeps the crawl space dry and protects the structure and insulation from rot and mold. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels around the crawl space wall perimeter. Our FoamMax provides comfort to the home, saves money on energy bills, and makes the space look neat and bright. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter of the basement, made to prevent mold and humidity development. Then, our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which provides three levels of water protection. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs and serve as an underground drainage system. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity build-up and serves as an extra wall protectant. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the repairs, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Phillip was extremely happy and had a remarkable experience from start to finish! 

Cara from Sargeant, MN noticed water coming into her basement at the base of the stairs. This was especially worrisome for Cara since she knew this could potentially damage her valuables. Rick proposed that the best solution to the issues she was experiencing was to invest in our WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Cara agreed with the proposal and scheduled the date of installation. 

Our Foreman, Crescencio, and his production crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a bed of drainage on top of the foundation footing. It is our most commonly used drain system because of its resistance to water clogs, easy-to-access service ports, and ability to collect leaking water from basement walls.

Next up was our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which has three levels of protection to solve all water problems a homeowner may experience. Along with the TripleSafe Sump Pump is a battery backup that helps in cases where power is lost in a home, the battery will keep the pumps draining any excess water build-up. Once the job is done, the production team then places a new layer of concrete around the TripleSafe to provide a cleaner and more finished look.

To complete the project, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
