A homeowner from Northfield, MN, was in the process of renovating his home for eventual resale. A huge portion of the work to be completed was replacing old and outdated egress windows to meet new building code requirements for emergency egress. The homeowner had no idea who to contact for this project. Through his internet searches, he found our website. Groundwater was leaking through Sandie K.'s basement carpet, causing her to worry about the value of her home and property damage. Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor with a jackhammer, forming a round hole. In the hole, our team installed our sump basket, followed by the pumps and battery back-up. A customer from Farmington, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice that their downstairs block window well was beginning to show signs of failing. They fear that if they left the issue alone, they would run the risk of severely compromising the structural integrity of the retaining wall, which would cause the basement to be inescapable in case of emergency. Ms. Thompson contacted to address concerns that her interior foundation was beginning to crumble and water would pour through the cracks in the basement walls when it rained. Jeremy was able to point out that her foundation was bowing significantly and without the proper stabilization, her foundation walls were eventually going to collapse. Jeremy crafted a solution with our GEOLOCK wall anchor and WaterGuard basement waterproofing systems.  Combined, these two patented solutions will prevent any further water damage and permanently stabilize and straighten the foundation walls of her Waseca, MN home.
