Your design specialist, Mac, came today for my appointment. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. Not only did he fix my issue, but he explained another issue I had "growing" under my garage floor and sidewalk. He explained the concern so I understood exactly what it was. I also want to point out that I really appreciate the measures you take to introduce your company, spelling out the plan for the appointment, and an overview of the technician performing the work. I am impressed. I am also relieved to find a company that actually follows the handbook on "How to Fun A Company 101". It is refreshing to see professionalism and simple kindness. I have had a lot of work done on my home and all too often I get the sense that the companies that arrive are fly by night, put together with tape/glue, the employees rush through the job, or do not even show up, etc. Mac was able to spend all the time I needed on my small project. I never felt like it was too small of a job and he did not rush through the appointment. He made my tiny job feel important. It was not until the initial job was fixed that he brought up the concern he had about my garage floor and sidewalk. I then asked Mac to complete a bid on this project. I appreciated the technology and equipment that Mac had on-site to fully complete the bid during the appointment versus me having to wait for him to complete the bid at home during his "off hours". Mac had wonderful things to say about American Waterworks, the owner of American Waterworks, and about his job in general. I feel it is important for me to take the time to let you know that what I have seen in the way you have treated me as a customer, how you treat Mac as an employee, and how Mac treated me as a customer made a difference to me. As a result, you have a $6,600 project on the books for spring 2022! Thank you, American Waterworks, and thank you, Mac. I look forward to seeing you return!
