Just a note to express our deep appreciation for the job that your company and staff did for our flooded home. Many impressive acts were accomplished by your team, but professionalism was their common denominator.Last names are not used much by your team. They prefer a more cordial and informal means of identification that puts the homeowner at ease, but makes kudos difficult.Ryan, the Project Manager, rallied his troops quickly and the cavalry arrived very shortly after the incident. Damage was assessed and a game plan quickly followed. A sense of urgency was present in both Ryan and his entire team. Courtesy, honest concern, and ability to take on the task was evident from the first moments of their arrival. I did not get the name of the gentleman who did the wallboard repair after two holes had to be punched in closets. He is an artisan! Though I never saw where the 2nd hole was, I had first hand knowledge of the 1st, and I defy anyone to find it now that his work is done. It is a perfect job, and reflects great credit upon him. The 2nd hole likewise is undetectable. I am truly sorry I didn't get his name, as he truly deserves recognition. This brings us to Joe, Trevor, and Ian. Our heroes! This was the back bone, the nuts and bolts, the "we will make this happen" of the operation. Their personalities, consideration, and kindness were flowing beacon in what was for us a train wreck. We are very private people, and normally reject any strangers in our home, but these three gentlemen (I do not use the word loosely) immediately put us at ease, took control of one thousand and one issues simultaneously, and made what could have been an exercise in frustration and heartache into a smooth, well functioning, restoration job. I cannot express our deep appreciation and thanks for these three men. I hope that you will watch each of them and know that this is the coming future of your company. They are naturals at what they do, and interface with the client in a way that is not learned, but is in-born. Truly modern day "3 Musketeers" when folks are in distress.Mr Springer, you have every right to be extremely proud of your Company, and your personnel that we met. With my occupation, I meet many people, and please rest assured your praises, and the praises of your team, will be sung long and loud. In all of my 57 years, 36 as a homeowner, I have never been as impressed with a contract team as I was with the people that Ryan brought into our lives. They truly touched us, and our home, in a very positive way. Many, many kudo's to you, your company, and your team. It was an honor to meet each and everyone.Deepest respect and gratitude.
