We are writing this letter to thank Clark Caire, who did the majority of the construction work on our home after we had a pipe break in our basement.Clark's workmanship was excellent, from sheet rocking to the finished, painted product. But beyond his workmanship, it was the little things he did every day that impressed us even more. It didn't matter what part of the remodel he was working on, when his day was finished, his work area was cleaned as if no one had been there. He was very considerate and conscientious in his work, which goes miles in putting a "stressed out" homeowner at ease!To Clark and the rest of the Dayspring employees who helped at our home - a big thank you for a job well done!

Thanks for being the great company you are. In April, we had a big water damage problem and because of your TV ads, I immediately called your office. I received prompt action by your professional staff to prevent further damage and Lisa came to explain what needed to be done.  She was great and her assurance was very comforting.Your crew appeared quickly and removed all the damaged wall, ceiling and floor.  I was amazed that they were so clean and careful.  When they left each day, there was no mess to clean up.  The work progressed as promised and they completed the job professionally and on time.  You cannot see where their work ended and the undamaged area began.  You can be proud of your workers.  Lisa worked with our insurance company and we had no problems with coverage or payments.Congratulations on being a professional outstanding company and a credit to our great City of Missoula.  It has been a pleasure to have done business with you and we certainly will recommend Dayspring to our friends and associates.

A few words about the great job that Dayspring did for us during our time of need.Feeling most comfortable with your company professionally, as well as personally, we selected you guys to help us through what was the most difficult work situation I imagined I'd ever face. Losing 1/3 of our building and 1/2 of our production facility to a fire, you guys were responsive, reliable, eager to serve, professional and courteous.  I was quickly able to focus on other needs of the company (employees, customer's needs, sales, and production) and able to comfortably know that the lost building, equipment, inventory, and the like were left in capable hands to clean, organize, replace, or what have you...and you were able to make decisions with or without me giving the freedom to move forward.  We were able to successfully go through this with the largest percentage growth this company had ever seen.  This truly would not have happened without your help and I thank you.  It wasn't too long after 4/22/05 that I found myself saying "fire?...what fire..?"Thank you.

Recently, we suffered water damage to our residence as the result of a frozen pipe.  We called Dayspring because your company had cleaned our carpets in the past, and we were satisfied with your service.  Adam is your employee who responded to our emergency, and we were very impressed with his promptness, courtesy and professionalism.  You are fortunate to have Adam as a representative of Dayspring.

Nearly a year and six months ago, a 100 year-old cottonwood tree fell on our home during a storm.  Our home was an utter disaster with most of the roof destroyed and rain water flooding in through the damage.  Within minutes of our phone call, Dayspring Restoration was there to help.   The staff was professional and caring at all times whether they were packing up our personal belongings, putting up dry wall or cleaning up after a long day of construction.  They were always available, helping us through every problem we encountered.  We would especially like to thank Larry Banister, Bob Rector, Lisa Dickson, Dave Hiniker, Margaret Bauer and Duane Schlabach for their amazing skills and kindness.   We would recommend Dayspring Restoration to anyone dealing with a home disaster.  We were truly impressed with their skills, kindness and dedication in helping us rebuild our home.
