Our team recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump system, WaterGuard perimeter drainage, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. This waterproofing system is designed to keep water out of the basement by capturing it along the border of the foundation before entering the home, and then filtering it to the sump pump. CleanSpace is a wall encapsulation system that reduces moisture in the home. This system eliminates humidity, adds insulation to the home, prevents wood rot and pests, and can even keep floors warm.
