The whole staff was great! My salesman was professional: it was obvious he loves his job and believes in his product and company. The guys doing the manual labor were courteous, professional, and very personable. And the girls in the office were extremely knowledgeable. It's been an extraordinary improvement. Money well spent! Downstairs is completely dry and no more musty smell! Thanks to the staff and hard working crew. The crew was friendly and did a very good job. The Design Specialist explained everything clearly and very well. Along with the office staff, their knowledge was very helpful and they always had an answer.
