Your representative, Rich Alexander investigated and presented a solution to support the room which is over a small crawl space with very limited access. Your crew of five, working in a confined space were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, courteous, and hard working. They made sure to explain the whole operation, including adding much needed insulation. We cannot begin to tell you how pleased and impressed we are. Problem solved!

After Healthy Basement Systems encapsulated my crawlspace, I had them come in and install a waterproofing system in my semi-finished basement. They also installed a wall paneling and flooring system that look great and help insulate the basement. The installation team arrived on time, finished the job in 2 days, and left my basement cleaner than it was before installation. Great team of people to work with especially the very helpful Systems Design Specialist Andrew. He was a pleasure talking to and explained every question I asked thoroughly.
