Every time an appointment was made by the office, they followed with it--great experience. The sales rep explained the process from start to finish. The crew was clean! We met Mr. Frank Filice at my property at 619 West Main Street, RVHD.   By the time we got there, Frank was already there on time for our appointment.   His service was excellent. He guided us around the house and pointed out where the repairs were necessary and what kind of repairs were available, etc. He also showed us the videos.   We appreciated his help. His manner was pleasant and professional!

Chris from HBS was very patient with my initial in person and follow up email questions. He explained the reasons for their approach as compared with more conventional methods of dealing with crawlspace moisture. I was given a written proposal after his inspection and consultation.I opted for a crawlspace encapsulation system with dehumidifier.He was present for the installation as well. While it was not a "hard sell" on his partthere was a bit of pressure to make a decision as I was given 3 days to decide in order to receive the discounted promotional price. I would have preferred longer (a week or 10 days) but this is better than some companies I have dealt with which required a decision that day to obtain a promotional discount. The installers were thorough and appear to have done a good job with minimal disruption and cleaned up the work area before leaving.
