Your company installed a new drain tile system in my full basement just weeks ago. Please acknowledge and compliment ALL the young men who worked so hard on this project. I could clearly see that this type of project is messy, tedious and exhausting! In spite of all this, Dave and his crew carried on each day with the most personable and pleasant attitudes. They were a pleasure to have around. They all worked very hard on a regular basis every single day and worked great together as a team. They were prompt, communicative, neat and organized. It must take real self discipline and dedication to one’s job to this type of work! Please especially compliment them for me again! My experience with Frank’s began with Rick Pilarski. He was especially clear in explaining the nature of the job and what to expect. In addition, he promptly answered any questions I had along the way. In spite of a scheduling issue I had grumbled about, he remained personable and willing to help. I was very happy with my dealings with Rick and will absolutely recommend him to others. Chris and Kim were a pleasure to speak with each and every time regarding scheduling, etc. Jeremy handled all of our plumbing issues professionally, quickly and neatly. Overall, I am very impressed with the employees I dealt with through my project. It is very refreshing in this day and age to deal with a business that has its act together with a respectful, professional and personable staff. We are super appreciative of the response we were given the last time we called. The guy who came out to do the work was wonderful and the entire experience was great.  We are moving and our new house is in the city, we’ve got a carriage house with some foundation work needed and we’ll be calling for some estimates in the spring once our engineer sorts out our plans.

It was clear from the beginning that he knew exactly what needed to be done to correct these wall cracks. It was a messy job as he had to break up concrete so water could go to the drain tiles, and not onto our basement floor. Once he was done, he took special care to clean up the debris and clear the floor rug. So far, my wife and I are very pleased with the results.  

I just wanted to acknowledge Mike Ciocca. He met with us several times regarding our foundation problems. He is very knowledgable and thorough. As we were new to this whole process, his experience and patience were very helpful. We would recommend him and he is a valuable asset to your company.

Monday December 19th was the first time EVER!! That I said BEST!! Repairman ever! Eric Randall immediately addressed the problem and explained the how and why the sump pump broke. Best of all, he talked to me not at me. He explained what needed to be done and gave me four options. -CHOICES!! Thats a WOW for a home problem! It's wonderful to tell you that Eric is very professional, h8ighly educated and well versed in all things "basementy"-PLUS more. Personable through and through, efficient.
