I am writing this letter regarding the basement job that was done on June 6th and 7th for the above address. We just wanted to say how pleased we were with the entire process from beginning to end. Frank DiMaria came on 5/10/13 for our initial estimate of the job. He spent plenty of time with us and addressed all our concerns. He didn't treat us any differently because we were women with no men in the house which on occasion, with other contractors, has been an issue. It was greatly appreciated. Just because we are women and don't necessarily understand all the intricacies fo pipe installations, etc., doesn't mean we have to be treated like idiots. But the most important aspect of this job was the quality of the 4 workers who actually did the work. Dave, Larry, Adam, and the fourth worker *I'm sorry I didn't know his name), were absolutely fantastic. They came in the house and all said 'good morning' with a smile ont heir faces. They were very concerned with keeping the place covered and clean. Dave was fantastic. He answered all my questions and concerns. He explained each day all the processes that were going to be done on the job. You could tell they all got along with one another which I think makes for a pleasant work experience and therefore a better job. I realize I am not paying them to say good morning or be in a good mood, but it certainly makes for a better experience. Dave was nice enough to call me about an hour before the job was completed so I would have time to come back to Williamsville from my job downtown to inspect the final aspects of the work. They were all pleasant, talkative and because this is my first experience working with Frank's Services, I am definitely going to put Frank's on top of the list for any waterproofing, plumbing, and heating services that I may need in the future. Dear Mr. Frank DiMaria,   Recently my mother had extensive work done in her basement at her house, by your company. She had drainage issues addressed as well as support beams. The crew was there a week. I want to let you know what an excellent job the team of workers did. Tom and his crew were terrific. This group of men were very professional, very courteous and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions, explained what was going on and showed us the progress each day. I heard about you through some friends who had work done. I called for a drainage system to eliminate the water in my yard and Basement. Your company assured me I would never have water in my basement again. I was also able to do the cement work for my patin - I didn't have to deal with a different company to complete the job.  I also had an energy assessment done by your company and will have you do whatever needs to be done.   thanks.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the recent experience I have had being one of your customers. On Oct. 16, 2015 a service man named Shawn came to my home to service my sump pump. On Oct. 19, 2015 Craig came to repair a major crack in the basement wall. Both men were courteous, friendly, and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work they both did. Both of them took the time to answer my many questions and explain to me the work being done. I felt very much at ease having them in my home and felt that they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know!

I just wanted you to know what a great job Craig did. He fixed three cracks in my basement wall -- the area looks beautiful now. Craig was prompt, courteous, neat, friendly, left his work area in great shape. His work is excellent, and his communication with customers is superb. Also, Frank N. was our estimator. He has done work for us in the past. He is excellent too. He estimates the job and also is honest -- he tells me when an area doesn't need work and when it does.

I just wanted to praise the four men who worked on fixing the leaking in our basement last Friday, December 16, 2016. We had some rain and thawing over the weekend after they did the work and not a drop of water. It is such a relief to not have to worry about putting towels down or having to worry after every time it rains. Additionally, they were all very polite and explained the work that they were doing as they made progress. Thank you again and Happy Holidays!

He was on time, friendly, took his time to explain everything and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would say that he represented your company in a positive manner. Thanks again.

I wanted to let Frank and the staff know how impressed I was with Leo, Tony and their team that installed drainage in my basement.  They were very professional and conscientious of making it minimally impacting on my family.  They kept the dirt to a minimum, and they whole crew appeared to enjoy what they were doing.  The one worker commented how he loves his job and I would attribute much of that to the team camaraderie and what I assume must be excellent management.  They were a very hardworking and honest crew and you should feel privileged that they are under your employ, I imagine that it is not easy to find and retain good reliable help.  The follow up plumbing work was equally as impressive, he was eager to share his expertise and help me get more familiar with the plumbing in my house as he completed the job.  I don't know how these men are compensated, but treat them well, their professionalism and work ethic will bring you much more work as I recommend your services to others!   Thanks for a great experience in what could have been a very intrusive project!   Sincerely, Rob E.
