NO ONE should hire anyone for their basement in WNY, unless it's Frank's Basement and by only you telling them what they need. I met with ALL of the other companies. You actually listened to me about where the issues were in order to figure out what is best & needed. Your  company is honest & so were you for that. You did an amazing job. The smell from his basement & the way the house is constructed, he needs them and possibly some repairs to his basement that you recommended for mine. I could NEVER refer anyone other than you to absolutely anyone! You are the ONLY one for any basement, attic, crawl space or whatever. Thank God & thank goodness for you! I cannot thank you enough.
