Satisfied with the job Regional did. It was nice! I thought the crawlspace would have been sloped to direct water to the sump. Everyone was very helpful, we'll know in a year or so if our problems are resolved. The installation crew was quite professional, felt they were working under time pressure (second day, came at 4:30pm, left at 8PM) My experience with the office staff was good. The salesman and his presentation were good - appreciated that it wasn't a "hand sell." The cleanup would've been good if they used a shop vac, and also could have smoothed concrete more, we cleaned ourselves! Overall, the main reasons why I hired you instead of another company was because of the helpful literature and seemed like it could work! We had expected the job to take 3 days. They came Monday and rushed to finish that day. Returned for a few hours the second day. Could have been more diligent with 2-3 full days. Also, concerned that only tape was used to hold parts together on water drain - coming off already.
