Overall, the top reason I chose Regional Waterproofing over another company was because of quick response to assess problems and provide an estimate, able to perform the work reasonably soon thereafter. You are way overpriced! The installers were clearly skilled, but I don't see the materials and labor cost adding up to more than $1000.00. Even with reasonable overhead and profit maybe $2,000. I feel that $4,830.75 was at least twice what this job should have cost me.

James did an excellent job by staying on top of the project. Thanks to Von as well. At this time I don't know of anyone who might be in need of your services. If we need any other work done, we will call Regional.
