Ricky contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with hanging insulation in the crawl space of his home in Kenly, NC. Over the years he had noticed that the insulation had started to fall, he had also noticed that anytime he went under the home the ground always seemed damp. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Ricky to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for his problems. Our crew removed the old hanging insulation and sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. Ricky's problems where coming from the earth's ground and by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to seal the crawl space from the moisture issues that caused the problem of the hanging insulation. Milton contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had started to develop sagging floors at his home in Smithfield, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Milton to go over the crawl space. Justin found that Milton's issues were coming from high moisture in the crawl space which had started to break down the wood. Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed the Smart Jack System to stabilize and raise the floors of the home along with installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to dry out and to keep moisture at bay which had cause the concerning issues, to begin with. The homeowner of this home was concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space even though the crawl space had a vapor barrier installed. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to remedy the problems associated with high moisture levels with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

Alice contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after noticing that the crawl space was damp, but wasn't sure if there was any mold or wood rot at the time.

We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Derek  to go out and do an inspection of the crawl space. After speaking with Alice showing her the condition of her crawl space, Derek proposed mold remediation and to encapsulate to help the homeowner keep the moisture and mold out of the crawl space.

Our crew led by Kevin, first they started off by removing the old insulation that was soaked with moisture and then treated for the mold . Next, they installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels transferring the insulation barrier to the outer parts of the crawl space. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner along with a Sedona Dehumidifier and a Smart Sump to help keep the crawl space free of moisture.
