The crawl space under this home was completely exposed to the weather outside, and, if left to nature, it would mold and rot the house from underneath. Humidity, mold growth, and a ripping plastic covering was starting to create problems for this crawl space. It was only a matter of time before the thin plastic would fail and bring the home under code and cause problems such as mold growth from high humidity. We installed our CleanSapce vapor barrier which is designed to protect crawl spaces from moisture getting into the air, and it is extremely durable.

This formerly damp and moldy basement got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace wall system. After treating and removing all mold, the walls were then sealed with our CleanSpace. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Paired with WaterGuard, our interior subfloor drainage system - moisture nor mold stand a chance in this basement now.
