Using the FlexiSpan system, we were able to seal this crack and prevent further water leaks. First, we apply the first layer of FlexiSpan sealant, which should stop 95% of water coming through. We then place foam in the crack and build a trench in the concrete floor to guide any water that still may come through the wall into the trench. We then apply another layer of sealant, guaranteeing no water leakage at all. 

This home owner was in need of a new waterproofing system because the one they had before us was not working up to par. We replaced their old sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump. We also replaced their drainage with our WaterGuard. This big basement is now safe from water leaks!

This basement had water leaking issues. We solved it by placing our tailored system, consisting of WaterGuard drains and a TripleSafe sump pump.

This basement was showing evidence of water intrusion near the walls and floor of the basement.  The walls in the basement were also bowing in. To solve both these problems, we installed our waterproofing system consisting of WaterGuard drains and a TripleSafe sump pump, and then we installed PowerBraces to hold the wall up. 

This basement had puddles of water in it from basement leaks, as seen in the before picture. After installing our interior perimeter waterproofing system, you can see the SmartSump sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, and you can see the freshly poured concrete over the WaterGuard.
