We met Albert R. at the Kitchen and Bath Show in Sharonville, OH.  He was very knowledgeable about the issues with dampness and smell we were having in our finished and unfinished parts of our basement.  He came to our home and visualized exactly how his company could remedy our issues!  Shawn W. and his team were very pleasant, time efficient, and explained everything to my husband and I before leaving, after the installation of our new ultra sump pump and the Sani dry system!  They also arrived right on time!  The guys secured plastic everywhere they were to walk.  They left no mess behind at all! The new sump pump design is much more effective than the generic one installed 20 years ago when our home was built.  The Sani dry system is awesome too for drying the air down there! Great company with hard working people that honestly know their stuff!

Meeting Albert changed everything for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about your sump pump and sanidry products. He offered and came to our home the next day and promised to view our concerns first hand. He is very confindent in his products and achieving a beneficial difference to the quality and comfort of our home...and he was right on! The installation crew was awesome- very friendly, efficient and cleand up everything.

Services were performed extremely well, with professionalism and courtesy. Our free estimate was performed without us even being home.  A very detailed contract was emailed to me with a very fair price for service.  Hunter and Harry were wonderful! They troubleshot all the reasons our concrete driveway and front path were sinking, fixed the slabs, put in preventive measures to try and ensure no future problems would occur, did a quick look around to let me know about what common future problems we need to look out for, and did it all so cleanly and professionally!  They rocked!!!
