We performed a thorough inspection and found that excessive moisture and air leaks were causing mold growth and inefficient energy use. We recommended a full crawl space encapsulation using the CleanSpace system.

The CleanSpace encapsulation process involves sealing the crawl space with a durable vapor barrier that prevents moisture from entering and insulating the area with SilverGlo panels to improve energy efficiency. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to maintain optimal humidity levels, ensuring a healthier environment for the home.

After the encapsulation, the family noticed fresher air in their living space and a reduction in their energy costs.

This homeowner was in need of a new sump pump. They called Mid-State Basement systems after finding our website. Our service technician Manual came out and replaced the sump pump with one of our TripleSafe sump pump systems. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

We installed static beams to protect this home's foundation after the homeowner realized her walls were starting to bow in.
