A before and after look at SmartJacks being installed in a Fort Loramie crawl space. 

This basement had large horizontal cracking near the middle of the wall. This is one of the first symptoms you will see in the case of a bowing wall. Cracks like these will start out small and increase over time as the soil outside continues to put pressure on the wall. The PowerBrace system will support the basement walls and allows straightening over time. Utilizing a joist reinforcement method that distributes the load evenly, eliminating the worry of further damage. Also pictured is the WaterGuard System being installed to collect moisture and allow it to flow into the sump system. 

Concerned about cracks in their basement wall, this homeowner turned to us for a lasting solution. We installed the PowerBrace system, featuring strong, zinc-coated steel beams designed to stabilize bowing or cracked foundation walls. The system is adjustable, allowing for potential straightening over time without the need for excavation, providing a durable and maintenance-free solution for wall stability.

A before and after of our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing system. The CarbonArmor System includes flexible carbon fiber fabric straps that are up to 10 times stronger in tension than steel. Using high strength epoxy resin, the carbon fiber straps are bonded to the interior face of the wall. The straps will stabilize the wall. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finising.
