This homes crawlspace had a critter issue. The homeowners had to stock and clean out mouse traps. After doing this for a short while, they wanted a long term solution so the critters would be deterred and they wouldn't have to worry about the smell of dead rodents. After some searching online, they opted to look into a crawlspace encapsulation. After a thorough inspection, the homeowners were ready to move forward. This are thrilled with how fresh and clean their crawlspace is, and are excited to no longer have to stress over rodent issues.  

This crawlspace entrance had cracks and was allowing water to enter under the home. We updated it to an EverLast Access Well with an EverLast doorway to keep water out and protect the homes foundation. 

This home had a damp smell, and it was definitely emanating from the crawl space. The homeowners called upon John's Waterproofing to see what their options were. Looking to get the space dry all year round and enjoy health benefits, a full encapsulation ended up the best solution to keep their home dry and healthy.  

This home was in need of a full crawl space revamp. It had a number of issues occurring, one of which was its exterior entryway. We installed a full encapsulation system, and upgraded the exterior entryway to a Turtl. This will keep water from getting under the home, as well as block out critters. 

This home's old 6 Mil vapor barrier had mud caked on it. To clean it up and help it last we installed a drainage system and installed a new 6 Mil vapor barrier to protect this home.
