This homes crawl space needed to be revamped. It had falling insulation, signs of critters, and a layer of dust throughout. To address it head on, the homeowners were interested in a full encapsulation.
This home had an old vapor barrier that had gotten pushed around and moved by the water. This caused the old vapor barrier to hold water, allowing mud to be caked on top of it and the old fiberglass insulation above to droop and hold water. To stop the water intrusion we did a full crawlspace encapsulation.
