This 1950s Milwaukie basement walls and floor suffered water damage after a storm. To avoid this from happening again, the homeowner planned to replace the floor and reached out to TerraFirma to help waterproof the wall. 

After a thorough inspection by our System Design Specialist, TerraFirma installed the VaporLoc Elite Wall System and TripleSafe Sump Pump System within two days!

Over the years, the void left under this Portland, OR home was so substantial, that the concrete on their driveway settled and took part of the home's decorative brick wall with it.

After looking at this eyesore for months, the homeowners took action and called TerraFirma to see what could be done to fix their concrete. Our experienced System Design Specialist came out to their home and recommended that we use our concrete leveling foam technology to fill the void under the settled concrete.

With a plan in place, TerraFirma went to work and repaired the concrete in one day! Now that the driveway is the level, the homeowner can repair their brick and know that their driveway won't ever settle that bad again! 

With its nearly 7ft ceiling and its wide open spaces, this Portland crawl space was vulnerable to a wide variety of problems, including pest inhabitation and frequent flooding in the winter. After dealing with their crawl space problems for years, the homeowner finally decided to gain peace of mind by calling TerraFirma.

Our System Design Specialist, Erik Keyes, quickly came to evaluate the situation. He concluded that the crawl space would need VaporLoc Elite, one SmartJack, A TripleSafe Sump Pump, and two MoistureLoc dehumidifiers to prevent future mold. With a plan set, Nick Maszy and his production team came to the home to start the project.

By the end of the week-long job, TerraFirma installed nearly 4,000 sqft of VaporLoc, removed nearly 4,000 sqft of insulation, and replaced one wooden post that had weakened from constant water damage with a SmartJack.

Many foundation repair options, including anchors and steel beams, have difficulty being used with some types of wall construction such as brick, clay block, fieldstone, or even highly deteriorated and broken poured concrete or concrete block.
