Before diving into the depths of damp despair in their basement in Coraopolis, PA, the homeowner faced a common yet frustrating dilemma: water intrusion damaging their cherished personal items and decor. As you can see in the before photo, the challenge they faced was not just about the nuisance of water but the threat to their valuables. Taking on this issue, we implemented a tailored solution integrating our WaterGuard system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and SaniDry Sedona to transform this once water-logged basement into a dry, safe haven, perfect for storing and displaying personal items worry-free. The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing the sump pump to keep the homeowners basement dry!

Before our intervention, the homeowner in Freeport, PA, was contending with ineffective water drainage caused by damaged downspout buried rain conductors that were above ground and would freeze and malfunction, leading to basement water damage (as illustrated in the 'before' photo).
