Broken Downspout Line Flooding Basement Repair in Monroeville, PA
The home had old terracotta buried downspout lines that were crushed from tree roots. The owner had the line rooted out every year for 21-years before we came. The last 10-years, even after rooting the existing terracotta line, it would fail and a large puddle world for in the front-left corner. It would seep through and into the basement in that area.
