This home had quite a bit of water intrusion and wall damage.  The downspout in the corner broke which started the issue.  Even after fixing the broken downspout the damage to the wall was done and required additional repairs.  WaterGuard, CleanSpace and a TripleSafe Pump were used to address the problem.

The system below is designed exactly so that the wall can be safely finished over without water, moisture and humidity ever being an issue.

WaterGuard perimeter drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump were installed to ensure this basement remained dry at all times. The WaterGuard system is designed to capture water from the walls and floor of the basement, and direct it to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe then pumps the water out and away from the home, keeping the basement dry and free from moisture.
