Here is one of our work in Greenfield Park, Qc where we have installed a SuperSump pump in our client’s basement.

One of our customers in Greenfield Park area needed to change her old sump pump. She contacted us to talk to one of our specialists. We advised her to install the TripleSafe 3 pumps in 1 system. The first pump operates under normal conditions, the second starts when there is a lot of water or in case that the first pump fails, and the third runs on battery power during power breakdown. Three pumps, three times more peace of mind!

This client was referred to our company by one of his friends who has waterproofed his basement once and for all! When he saw the results, he figured it would be a good idea to fix his water infiltration problem as well.

Following his call we sent our team to do a full inspection and recommend the installation of the WaterGuard interior foundation drain system and the SuperSump  sump pump system. Once the installation was complete, our client’s basement was completely waterproofed.

A resident of Greenfield Park contacted Systèmes Sous-sol Québec’in order to have his basement inspected by a specialist. Due to hydro-static pressure, the water that accumulated around the foundation easily seeped through it and ended up on the basement walls and floors.

At the start, we installed the WaterGuard drain under the perimeter of the affected regions. This drain is specially designed to drain the water flowing from the walls, the wall-to-floor, and under-floor joints and redirects it to the pump.

And then we installed The TripleSafe sump pump which is the most efficient pump on the market with 3 existing pumps for more safety.

Finally, we completed this system by installing the IceGuard accessories and LawnScape. The first allows the water to drain even if the pipe freezes in winter and the second lets the water out of the foundation by hiding itself in the grass.
