Faced with a nightmare flooding due to overwhelming rains last August calling for an urgent and effective remedy, a Sabrevois homeowner reached out to us at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec. As shown in the before photo, the groundwater had overrun, leaving the basement submerged and the family seeking a lasting solution. With precision and care, we installed our WaterGuard system, IceGuard, and TripleSafe Sump Pump, evident in the after photo, turning a once water-logged basement into a dry, secure space ready for all of life's moments. Our commitment is not just in solving the present issue but ensuring peace of mind when the skies open up again.

The owner of a house in Lemoyne contacted us because his basement needed repairs. His basement suffered from water infiltration from the walls and the floors. Our solution consisted of the installation of an interior drain system and a sump pump. In order to give the basement a better appearance, we installed EverLast finished walls. These walls are waterproof and include a stylized molding.

This house in Greenfield Park had water infiltration problems coming through the walls of the basement. To solve this issue, we have installed a WaterGuard interior drain, a SuperSump pump, a  SaniDry Upright and B to B insulation walls.

This basement in Greenfield Park suffered a lot from water infiltration and needed our company’s intervention to waterproof the place!

We installed our interior drainage system’ the WaterGuard’ at the foot of the foundation, at the joint between the wall and the footing so that the water that infiltrates through the slab, the wall and the joint is intercepted by the drain then evacuated by the sump pumps.

Then we connected the WaterGuard to the SuperSump sump pump system in order to evacuate the water that infiltrates through the ground.

We have replaced our customer’s pedestal sump in Greenfield Park with our companies’ SuperSump pump system.

The Pedestal pump does not have any lid that makes the moisture aggravate inside the area, and has also very low capacity.

As for our company’s SuperSump pump, it is very powerful and has an airtight lid to prevent water from evaporating into your basement.
