The rep. (Paul) was great! He explained my problems, took pictures so I could see it was bad. He answered all my questions. He could not have been better! I chose All-Dry because of a recommendation from a previous customer and the presentation by Paul. They were very courteous and friendly. They did a great job on cleanup. All of my interactions with your company have been positive. I feel really confident in your work and again, I appreciate the way I was treated by all your employees I came in contact with. I don't know of anyone at this time, but if I find anyone in the future, I will sureely let you know.

We did not interview anyone other than All-Dry. We went strictly by recommendations. No time was mentioned for the crew to arrive, but they arrived at 10:20 am and worked diligently throughout the day. So far, so good. Chip Emery is one of the best sales representatives I've met. His knowledge of home construction and waterproofing techniques is excellent. I chose your company because of Chip's knowledge of solutions to our problem and has "no pressure" approach to convincing the prospective buyer how the CleanSpace product can solve moisture problems. Sammy did all the installation, he had to dig out a large rock in the crawlspace to make the CleanSpace material lay flat. This was very difficult as the clearance is only 15" He did a great job! The crew left the basement and crawlspace cleaner than it was before they arrived.
