We are very satisfied, although we still have an approximately 1-inch gap in the wall. I am hoping it will still close all the way, as you said it would over a few months tightening with the torque wrench. The installation crew was knowledgeable and hardworking. We had a very good experience with the office staff-on 1st time tightening wall, they did send someone out! We chose All-Dry because you gave me a warranty and satisfaction guarantee. Also, I felt more comfortable with a company instead of individuals, and you were listed with the BBB.

Dear Mr. Mitchell, My wife and I have just had an exterior stairway stabilized using your Grip-Tite Foundation Pier System. I am writing to commend the crew you sent to do this work, particularly the foreman, Francisco Gamez. They appeared to be well-trained, were professional, polite and extremely hard working. They were respectful of our property and left it as they found it. Francisco took the time to explain the Grip-Tite process and answer our questions as the work progressed. He was very realistic and, as it turned out, very accurate in relation to what the system could accomplish. His leadership style was to set an example, and a pace, for the other crew members. I had been worried about the view porch on the street side as they were attempting to flee the property. But your Chet Lambert and crew saved the day. It is difficult to find good men who enjoy what they are doing in this day and age. They saw the job that needed to be done and set about in a very comprehensive manner to fix the problems. And they had everything they needed in that truck to accomplish the task and did not have to run back and forth to a hardware or supply store for this or that. This shows good planning. Your installation crew was the greatest!!! The salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The cleanup was very much satisfactory, you wouldn't even know they had been here. Darrell did an excellent job of explaining what would be done and the crew knew just what to do and how to do it with absolutely no wasted time or effort and were very neat with everything they did. Alex Rogers was very professional, very likable, and informative. You've got a great salesman. The system was used to lift houses, the price was reasonable and we liked Alex Rogers! From start to finish, we were very pleased with All Dry. Every employee was friendly and very helpful. Our floors are level now, and there is no damage on the walls!

Mike did an outstanding job. He went over the whole process with us. We chose All-Dry because of the better price, and the fact that nothing was hid in the cost. Mike was honest on everything. The crew was a little late, but it wasn't their fault. They called me to let me know they would be late because of the material. Francisco and the other men were very professional and hard workers. They cleaned up as they were working, they had cleaned up just like this and I was well pleased. The staff was great. All of them from owner to the workers who did the work. Your representative was great! Your team made multiple visits to our home to make sure it would be done right.
