We are very satisfied with the job, although it has not rained yet! The installation crew was very nice and were great people. Brooke was very nice. We are very, very happy with the work. I chose All-Dry because I wanted the job done right the first time. The guys worked very hard and were very nice, clean, and fast! All three were excellent workers, they are excellent!

They were a little late but they called us, each time - Great crew. The crew worked together well as a team, your lead man is a great guy who is very knowledgeable and very honest.

Lee provided any information or assistance we requested. Alex made several visits to revise the proposal, as the extent of the problem became apparent. We chose All-Dry because the proposed solution completely addressed the problem. Francisco and crew encountered some unexpected issues but effectively dealt with these and explained solutions. All materials were removed by the crew. All representatives were responsive and easy to work with. Especially appreciated John's visit to the site. Nice to see a company where the owner takes a personal interest. No one to recommend at this time, but will recommend you, should I become aware of someone.

So far so good, very neatly done. The salesman was very good, he knows his product. I was actually was going to use another company but they couldn't come out for over a week. Hey, Stuart! We had All-Dry come out to solve our basement drainage problems, and couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process went smoothly. Stuart came out for the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us several options and discussed at length how our project would develop. Out of all the quotes from different companies, not only was All-Dry the least expensive, but it also reflected what WE wanted for our basement and was within our budget. The work itself started before the actual projected date and was completed promptly and professionally. We couldn't believe how tidy the basement was after the work, and you could barely see where they had trenched in our backyard to install the drainage pipes. We have recently had A LOT of rain, and our basement is bone dry! Stuart Simpson and All-Dry get 5 stars in our book and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great work! I spoke to Lee several times and always received the info I was looking for in a very gracious and professional manner. I had Alex at my house previously for an estimate, but not have the work done. The 2nd time he was just as professional and thorough as the first. I was very impressed with the Waterguard system. The online reviews by customers were fantastic. The crew never set foot in my yard. They walked through mulch beds to get to my basement. Both days they broom swept everything and when they were finished, you almost couldn't tell work had been done. Francisco and his crew were top notch. Courteous and professional thru and thru. And the quality of their work is incredible. I could not be happier with Francisco, his crew, Alex, Lee, and the installed Waterguard system.

So far the system is great and Alex was great to work with. The system was just what we needed at the Calhoun Mansion as we could not excavate to waterproof the outside foundation wall.
