Upon inspection, we found the wood foundation of her home had been exposed to high levels of moisture, which was most likely the cause of the mold and wood rot. Because Pamela's home was structurally dependent upon the wood, it was imperative that the rotted wood be replaced. We installed a new main beam as well as the sister joists. Kevin and Kim S. have lived in their Greer, SC home for over 10 years. They are finally making an attempt at downsizing now that their children are grown up.
