Clifford S. has lived in his Clover, SC home for 20 years and has decided it is time to sell. After his wife passed last year, he decided it would be best for him to be closer to his children and grandchildren. Before moving, he knew that the concrete wall in his driveway needed to be fixed. It had started to lean and crack which he knew would be the first concern potential buyers would have as they pulled up in the driveway. Clifford received an advertisement in the mail that showcased local companies and one of them was Cantey Foundation Specialists. He decided to call in to see if Cantey could help him find a solution. System Design Specialist Alex Lovette arrived for the scheduled appointment and assessed the situation. Alex found that the best solution would be Cantey's Geo-Lock Anchor system. These wall anchors would be installed on the interior of the wall then a steel rod would be placed through the wall. This rod would anchor the wall using the most competent soil underneath the surface. This anchor system would stabilize the wall and stop the leaning. Production Team Leader Aubrey McJunkin, Production Team Member Francisco Lopez, and Production Team Member Oscar Mota came out and successfully installed the Geo-Lock Anchor system. Clifford is thankful to Cantey for helping him find a solution just in time for him to put his home on the market.

Johnathon and Hannah F. have owned their Liberty, SC home for a few years now. Both of them are happy with their home and where they live. They really like the community around them and plan to stay in Liberty for quite some time. Hannah was concerned when Johnathon started having trouble with his allergies. She thought maybe it was just their move to a different area that was causing problems but after she made him go see a doctor a new concern began for them. The doctor said that mold and moisture can have a great impact on someone's allergies. Johnathon was determined to find a solution because he wanted to feel healthier in his own home. Cantey's patented CleanSpace system was the right one for Johnathon and Hannah. The CleanSpace would essentially wrap their crawl space in a durable material that would create a barrier. This would be strengthened by spray foam adhesive sealing the CleanSpace material to the crawl space. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia and Production Team Member David Herbert came out and effectively installed the CleanSpace system. Johnathon and Hannah are now healthier and happier in their home. They credit Cantey for giving them a lasting solution and peace of mind.

Jackson M. and his wife Amy became homeowners in Central, SC soon after becoming newlyweds. Now they have a bundle of joy on the way, soon they will need a room for their little girl to call her own. Jackson like any new father is running around baby proofing the house and helping Amy decorate a beautiful nursery. While painting the nursery Jackson started to notice the sloping in the floor and worried that this could potentially be a hazard for his newborn. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Austin Boan came out and successfully replaced the beams with new wood. Jackson and Amy are now anxiously awaiting the arrival of their baby girl and are confident she will have a safe nursery at home.

Amy S. has owned her own home in Central, SC for a few years now. As a single woman, she is proud to have her own home however she has not learned much about home improvement. Usually, if there is a problem she calls her father to come have a look at it and see what his opinion is. Her living room floor began to sink in one spot. After some time of ignoring the problem, she finally called her father and he told her she probably had rotting wood in her crawl space. Amy is now no longer worried about her living room floor and plans to learn more about home improvement to do more projects in the future.
