The homeowners in Palmyra, VA were having issuses with water coming into the crawl space of this home. The water was causing a musty, unpleasant smell.

After calling Fortress Foundation Solutions, Our System Designer was able to go out to this home and provide these homeowners with peace of mind. The System Designer's solution to this issue was an encapsulation of the area. Our Foreman and his crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, drainage matting and our SaniDry Dehumidifier. 

This home in Palmyra had a crawl space that was damp, musty, and flooded when it rained. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get these issues resolved.

Fortress was able to resolve these issues by installing a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep any water and moisture out of the crawl space, leaving this area clean and dry!

System Designer, Caleb Stone, met with Wendell, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate. Ready to be rid of the water, Wendell agreed. Soon foreman Warren Dickerson was onsite installing EZFlow pipe that drains all water to the Triple Safe sump pump where it is pumped away from the house. The CleanSpace vapor barrier seals off the ground from the home and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier removes moisture from the air. Now Wendell's crawl space is dry, clean and his home is protected!
