The crawl space of this home in Nathalie, VA was damp and messy, and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Chris Guill  went out to assess this crawl space and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with SilverGlo Wall insulation.

A homeowner near Sterling VA, called Fortress Foundation Solutions after discovering moisture issues in his crawl space. Efflorescence had built up on the walls from years of moisture seeping through the block. Our System Designer, Riley Ethier, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon foreman Warren Dickerson and his crew were onsite installing drainage matting, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture protecting the wood joists keeping the space dry!

This crawl space in Ringgold had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The floors of the house were also warped. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the SmartSump where it will be pumped out of the crawl space. The SmartJackSupports straighten the floor of the home and add much needed support. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet crawl space or bowing floors again!

Upon inspection, we found falling insulation, rotting and moldy joists, and a basic, ineffective plastic sheet on the ground.
