Jason Y. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing musty smells coming from his crawl space. After investigating, he discovered mildew and moisture beginning to damage his wooden floor joists and falling down, moisture-saturated insulation. System Designer Skylar Beverage met with Jason, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, SilverGlo insulation and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture and the SilverGlo insulates to keep the home warm in winter and cool in the summer. Jason has now protected his most important asset - his home!

This crawlspace in Mineral, VA really needed some help! There was mold, dirt, and water everywhere. The insulation was also falling because it was soaked with water. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, the vapor barrier and SaniDry will ensure that this crawlspace will stay clean and dry.

This crawlspace was sagging and flooding. The floors of the house were bowing and mold was growing in the crawlspace. Fortress solved these issues by installing SmartJacks to support the floors and a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SaniDry Sedona to keep the crawlspace clean and dry.

Crawl Space Encapsulation with drainage matting and CleanSpace. WaterGuard and sump pump installed in basement and discharged through the crawlspace. Power braces were used for foundation support and new Sunhouse windows were installed on the front of the house.
