This homeowner in Mount Airy reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they wanted a cleaner, sealed crawl space.

Fortress installed a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This crawl space is now a sealed, cleaner, brighter space!

This crawl space in Mount Airy, Maryland was experiencing some issues with mositure getting into the area. Fortress Foudnation Solutions fully encapsulated this crawl space with our Clean Space vapor barrier. 

Ron G. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after discovering moisture issues in his crawl space. Efflorescence had built up on the walls from years of moisture seeping through the block. A System Designer inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture protecting the wood joists and keeping the space dry!
