This home in Gaithersburg,MD had some sagging floors. These homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to come out a take a look. Our System Designer, Jordan was able to go out to this home for the free estimate. Jordans solution to this issue was to Place Smart Jacks under the floor to provide extra support. Jordan also reccommended our Clen Space Vappor Barrier to protect the home from the outside elements. The final result was a clean and bright crawl space.

Our System Designer, went out to this assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
