The homeowners in Powhatan, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the crawl space under their home. This area was taking on water and moisture. The insulation was falling down and the floors above were begging to sag. Our System Designer was able to provide a free estimate for an encapsulation. 

The System Designer recommended our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawl space from the outside elements. The System Designer also recommended our SmartJack system to help support those floors. Our Forman and his crew installed these products.   

A homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions about a crawl space encapsulation - needing more storage space for a growing family. Their crawl space was dark, damp, and the insulation was falling down. System designer, Troy King, was happy to meet with them, explain the encapsulation products and provide a free, same-day estimate. Ready to move forward, they agreed. Foreman, Warren Dickerson and his crew were soon onsite removing the old, saturated insulation and replacing it with SilverGlo on the walls. Next they rolled out the drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep things dry. Now this crawl space is dry, bright and the homeowner has loads of added storage space!

This tall crawlspace was experience water problems. We installed a CleanSpace liner and drainage matting, perimeter french drain, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry dehumidifier.

A crawlspace at a home near Falls Church, VA was full of mold, moisture, and ragged bits of insulation. Our Foreman, Austin Dizon, and his crew installed our crawl space waterproofing solution which consisted of 3 Smart Sump pumps to remove any water that enters into their crawl space, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the space nice and dry and our Clean Space vapor barrier to turn this area into a clean usable space.
