This home had cracked walls and water in the basement plus water in the crawl space.  Clean Space Wall was used along the front basement wall with Power Braces to stabilize the block foundation.  Waterguard was installed and a Super Sump was placed in the corner of the room. A discharge line was run through the crawl space to the outside of the home.  The crawl space had drainage matting installed and was encapsulated using Clean Space. A broken water line was discovered and repaired in the process.

This home in Rose Hill, VA was experiencing some water intrusion in the crawl space along with some sagging floors in the home.
