The crawl space of this home in Manakin Sabot was damp and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. These products will work together to ensure that this crawl space will remain clean and dry!

This crawl space was in rough shape when the home owner called us out to give an estimate! Years of water intrusion had caused mold, wood rot, and sagging insulation. Riley, one of our system designers put together an estimate and proposal for the customer which included installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to fully encapsulate & waterproof the crawl space. We then added several of our SmartJacks to support the main beam of the home and prevent further floor sagging. 

Luke G. of Spencerville, MD, needed some work done on his crawl space. There were soft spots in his floors and he knew there was water in his crawl space damaging the joists. Next, the SilverGlo insulation, Drainage Matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier sealed the crawl space. Finally, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to keep the humidity low. Now Luke doesn't have to worry about moisture causing future damage to his floors. Her crawl space is clean, dry and healthy!
