This home in Clearbrook , VA was having issues with water coming into their crawlspace. They wanted to get this issue resolved as fast and as accurately as possible, so they called Fortress Foundation Solutions to fix this issue. 

Our System Designer, went out to this home to provide a free estimate. The Sytem Designerknew the best solution to the issue these homeowners were facing was a total encapsulation. Our Foreman,  and his crew went out to this home. The crew installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawlspace from the outside elements. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.

Skylar completed a full inspection and presented the homeowner with a proposal and a quote. She was happy with both and decided to move forward with the work. When our Foreman, Alex, and his crew went out to fix the issue, they used our WaterGuard drainage solution on the floor below to ensure that any water that was collected drained to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which was then transferred to the discharge line outside of the home.
