After the installation of the Ayers waterproofing system, I was advised by the installer to hire a plumber to fix a leaky pipe under my bathroom floor that was discovered. I did so and the worker who fixed the leaky pipe said he "had never seen a better job of installing a waterproofing system". He was very impressed. I'm also pleased with your company's work.

Ayers is one of the few companies to stand behind their product, take responsibility, and go above and behind, in my situation. My sump system was installed three years ago and had stuck in an on position. The representative for Ayers explained that it was an advanced system, and needed an extra drain and some attention. The representative spoke to Mr. Ayers, and in contacting me said the new drain would be added, the system cleaned and brought up to standards. All of this at no cost to me! That type of commitment is a "rare commodity" in today's business setting. I am very grateful to Mr. Ayers and company. I applaud your dedication to honesty and quality.

The installation crew was very professional.  They answered all my questions.  Project Manager was knowledgeable, courteous and came out to the house twice before I decided to go ahead and use Ayers. Excellent reputation for getting the job done right the first time and at a reasonable price.  Reputation is important. Keep up the good work.

Virgil, Thank you for assigning Jon and Marty to put in the Sump Pump in my basement. Both of them represent exactly the employees you want to represent Ayers. They were very professional, extremely pleasant and courteous, and very hard workers. 1.They taped off the section as I had asked you to arrange and when I thanked them, they just told me that was what they do as part of the job. 2. When they looked at the plans that Todd had recommended, they decided the drainage system would not work as planned.  They walked around the house and developed options that the discussed with me, even though it meant extra work for them.  They then had to obtain the extra parts (piping).  Also, it meant the job would take much more time.  The facts are, I would have been willing to pay extra and told Jon that, but Jon immediately said no, the job would cost what Todd ha estimated.  (I expect I should thank you for that-that is probably company policy, but Jon did it pleasantly and with style.) 3. As I may have mentioned to you (or maybe I hadn't), my husband has mild dementia.  He was not home when Jon and Marty arrived, but came home while they were working and was in the basement watching his TV during their work.  They interacted with him in a very sensitive way, even though I had not told them about his dementia. 4. They cleaned up the area.  I did not have to take a dust cloth or shop vac to clean up. 5. Jon check the sump pump that Ayers put in last year to make sure it was still working.  Again, that was an "extra." These are two guys you want working for you. We were refered to Ayers Basement Systems by Lennys Carpet . We had heard the name from friends and relatives but never needed to use them until now. The Project Manager was great, the work performed was very satisfactory and the crew was hard workig, thoughtful and communicatred well.

Terry was very good and efficient. The guys did their jobs and were great. It was a lot of work, again, Terry was wonderful in organizing with Wyatt's help. My crawl space had un wanted moisture, there was an unhealthy smell in the air that needed to go. Thank you Terry, Wyatt, and Ayers staff. 

Now that both projects are completed, I wanted to take the time to thank your company for following through and finishing these major projects. There were a few blips, as expected, but nothing major. Most of the blips resulted from a disconnect between what was ordered and what the installers brought down to Dowagiac. I want to especially thank foreman Tyler on the egress window job. He and his team worked their butts off, and the expertise Tyler brought to the egress job was impressive. You should be grateful to have such a solid employee. Devin and all the guys who were involved were polite and respectful. They represented Ayers well. I will consider Ayers for any other projects in the future. In the meantime, good luck to all.

My husband, Phil, and I have already had the basement service performed. The supervisor was Terry Ortiz, he was phenomenal at his job. Terry was courteous to his work crew and us and receptive to Phil and my needs. Terry worked so hard and completed our job on time. I can't say enough good things about Terry and his crew, as well as the wonderful job they did.
