My basement was leaking water in so I called Ayers to help me. Tom was an excellent salesman and was timely in his arrival! The crew were very considerate, work focused and kept me informed every step of the way. The cost exceeded my budget that I had projected, but I felt your recommendation to do our entire basement was good advise.  I'm pleased with the outcome. Even considering that, I chose Ayers all together because of the price, warranty and scheduling.

The reason I chose Ayers was the price and what was being done for that price. I had a wall collapse and needed work done right away. Adam and his crew were very professional as well as the sales process. Ayers does a lot more than I thought!

Dennis did a great job walking me through all of steps of what was going to happen. He was very knowledgeable about his job. The crew was very capable, polite and hard working.

Mike Remar took a look at our basement and lead us through all of the problem areas and reassured us that with your help we could make sure this never happened again. We had WaterGuard and the TripleSafe Sump Pump system installed and the crew that did the work were professional, hard working, they went the extra mile, confident, and patient. Simply excellent!  What sold us on Ayers was they have good reviews, good products, and a great book, "Dry basement Science". 

My experience with Ayers was great! Everyone was very polite and explained everything and brought to my attention my 2 water leaks. The 2 hardworking guys that made up the installation crew were very courteous. I chose Ayers because of the dampness in the crawlspace. I have been having water issues the past few months due to rising water tables in my area. I knew it would take some time to get the water tables to normal levels and wanted a better sump system to protect my home. I found Ayers Basement Systems after some research online and purchased the TripleSafe Sump. Overall, I am pleased with the results. We had some issues at first trying to route the system where I wanted, but Ayers Basement Systems worked with me to make sure it was done, and done right. Problems can happen with any project and I don't measure on what the problems were, I measure on what was done to resolve them. The system works great and overall I am pleased and would recommend Ayers to others, and will use them again should I have a need.
