New Construction has a Leaky Basement, Newburyport, MA
A home that was built in 2020 has had a leak coming from its bulkhead since they purchased the home. The homeowners called EFS for a solution to their problem. A Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended a fix. EFS recommended installing a Trenchlock Radon Sealed WaterGuard, a SuperSump, IceGuard, and Interior Drainage Line.
Sump Pump Cleaning, Newburyport, MA

On an annual basis, our service technician will visit their home and clean out their sump pump basin and ensure the system is functioning properly. Our installation team installed our sump pump in the unfinished portion of the basement and then installed the drainage on the back wall of the basement to collect water before it floods onto the basement floor. The system will pump the water out and away from the foundation of the home.
