A homeowner in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, purchased their home about a year ago in November 2021. Their home was originally built in 1901 so they had a company come out to install some additional insulation to help lower their heating and cooling costs for the future. The company arrived at their home and told the homeowners that they couldn't install the insulation in their crawlspace because it wasn't encapsulated. The homeowner decided to reach out to Erickson Foundation Solutions to have a free inspection. Our Design Specialist inspected the crawlspace and recommended installing CleanSpace throughout the crawlspace to fully encapsulate it. Our production team installed 313 sqft of CleanSpace into the crawlspace to encapsulate it. 

When this homeowner in Concord, NH noticed water still seeping into their crawl space despite their efforts with a simple tarp solution, they knew it was time for professional help. The moisture began to wreak havoc, damaging wood and soaking the insulation. As seen in the before photo, the space was dire; however, our team swiftly removed the compromised insulation and transformed the area with CleanSpace encapsulation. Notice in the after photo how significantly drier and cleaner the crawl space appears, offering a permanent solution to their moisture woes.

A homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire, had purchased their home in 2021 and noticed this past year that cold drafts and moisture would enter their home. The home built in 1945 has a basement and a crawlspace below the main level of their home. The homeowner felt the cold air coming from the crawlspace. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona into the Crawlspace to encapsulate it and control the humidity. 

The team fully encapsulated the dirt crawlspace with CleanSpace to prevent any unwanted drafts and moisture from seeping in. After the CleanSpace was installed the team then installed a SaniDry Sedona in between the crawlspace and the basement.
