The service technician, Michael, did a quality job in identifying the issue with my SaniDry dehumidifier; then returned a couple of weeks later to hook up a new unit. I chose Quality 1st because the salesman was trustworthy, the computer provided a great demonstration, and all my emails and phone calls were returned promptly. The salesman explained the system and the products very well.

I am very satisfied with all of the job options that were offered to me. When i first made the appointment the scheduler was very pleasant, as well as the rest of the office staff. When Dan McNally came to my house he was very honest and straightforward in the information that he gave me. On the day of the installation, the guys were very good. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns, and fixed the issue. I was also happy that there was very little cleanup. Overall I am very pleased with the job done. Rather than destroying the old concrete walkways, Quality 1st Basement Systems came in and jacked them back into position. They were very high tech and fast. I will recommend Quality 1st to my friends, and if any problems arise in the future, they are the first people I will call.

Very satisfied! Andy was excellent, highly qualified, receptive and knowledgeable. Arturo, Omar and the rest of the crew were friendly and hard working. They were very receptive to my concerns. I hired Quality 1st because of reliability, throughout appointment telephone calls at every stage of process starting with Andy. They followed up and followed through. 

Hired quality for concrete raising. The staff was knowledgeable and on time. The only issue we had was that 2 small sections of my concrete were in a pinched area and would not come up to the height that I was told would be fixed. It was better but just not exactly what I wanted. Spoke to Kyle and they made it right. Would definitely hire again. Responsive and they get back to you. That's something many companies just don't do.

We're very satisfied with the job Quality 1st Basement Systems did at my home. We first heard about Quality 1st in an advertisement and liked the reviews that they had on Angies List. We loved our salesman, we had a water problem in the basement and he offered a solution! We had to change the date last minute and the office staff was very understanding. The installation went smoothly Jesus did a great job!  

I saw your ad in a church bulletin and spoke with a client of yours.  The presentation (by Michael Cucci) was very informative! The installation crew was courteous and the clean-up was good.
