Justin called me to let me know he was on his way to my home about 15 minutes prior to our service window. He arrived early was very respectful when entering our home and completed a very thorough service of our sump pump. We had Quality First basements encapsulate our crawlspace and install a dehumidifier. We've had the system for a few years now and we're very pleased. The install went very well, the technicians were very pleasant, professional, and on time. Each year they come out to check on things to ensure the system is performing as intended.Just this past week John, the service technician, came out to perform the annual check.He called when he was approximately 30 minutes away, arrived on time, wore protective footwear so as not to mark up the carpet. He was very pleasant to deal with and provided a very professional appearance.He spent about 30-40 minutes checking things out; cleaned out the sump area for the dehumidifier, changed a filter, and did an overall check of the system.I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering their services.

Quality 1st Basement Systems did a fabulous job in my crawl space. My HVAC guys are thoroughly impressed with how nice and dry it is and has no mildew smell. Crawl space is fully encapsulated, with 2 sump pumps and a heavy duty dehumidifier. The waterproof lining and dehumidification system in my crawlspace works well and is clean and safe. Randy and his trainee Mike recently did my annual maintenance. They stayed in clear communication about the schedule, and they arrived on time.  They worked quickly and professionally on the maintenance tasks, including fixing a leak in a pvc elbow. Randy noticed a slow leak on my water pump, even though this is not part of the dehumidification system.  I was able to have it repaired by someone else before it became a much bigger problem.  Thank you to this wonderful team!

A year ago, you installed my sump pump and Sani-Dry and did a great job,  I always feel confident I got the best waterproofing available.  You may use me as a referral since I was extremely satisfied with the job that you did.  Bob was very thoughtful and the installation crew was hard working and very nice, overall i am happy with my superior waterproofing products.

The Quality 1st team that did the basement demolition and waterproofing finished the job in 2 days. They were very helpful in explaining what they were going to do. They were very hardworking and professional in their work. Basement demolition work was for basement renovation and they were very good at removing stuff that we no longer wanted. I highly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems for solving serious wet basement and high humidity problems.  After thoroughly inspecting our basement, system design specialist Greg Louis, through his excellent "Dry Basement Science" presentation, explained and outlined a viable solution for our situation.  The 4 man installation crew led by Esau did a professional job installing peripheral WaterGuard, a SaniDry XP basement air system, their TripleSafe sump system, crawl space repair, underground water discharge pipe to our curb, and more.  The project was completed ahead not only meticulously but ahead of schedule. The real payoff came with the recent arrival of Hurrican Ida, with its torrential rainfall.  Many homes in our area sustained severe basement flooding.  With our prior basement problems, it is obvious that the inefficient sump pump would have never kept up with the downpour.  By contrast, with the Quality 1st Basement system installed not a drop of water entered our Basement.  Bravo Greg Louis and Quality 1st Basement Systems.

Javier and the team were great.  They got right to work, minimized the disruption to my daily activity, told me exactly what to expect (It is noisy for a bit), and did a great job buttoning everything up at the end.  Well done.

Thomas could not have been more knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. During his first visit, he cleaned and serviced our basement water pump. He took pictures and then reviewed the entire process with me after. He also noticed that our dehumidifier was not working as intended since we had our basement finished and it was now located in a small closet. He recommended a kit to allow the fresh air to vent back into the basement and installed it a few weeks later. The work was precise and professional and we are so happy it’s now working properly.
