I used Quality 1st to put a triple safe sump pump in my basement. They were incredible from the start. They sent information regarding the people that were coming to the house, showed up on time, and left the area spotless. Jeffrey Nero came by at first to discuss the options and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Eric was the installer and he explained the work that was being done and kept me informed as the install was being done. I wanted to extend the discharge area a little further once it was complete and Thomas was able to come within a few days to complete the extension. I will be using the company again when we decide to fully finish the basement and put in the drainage system.

I chose Quality 1st because their salesman's presentation and materials were great and told me everything I needed to know. The pricing was in my budget and the installation went great.

We just purchased our home and discovered the crawlspace was in need of attention. We did not want to put money into the home and have a damp, moldy space lurking below. We got in touch with Quality 1st Basement systems. They sent Steve Ventriglio out to access the crawlspace. Steve called to verify the appt and make sure we received the very informative information packet he sent us. Upon his on-time arrival and inspection, he presented a proposal and we decided to insulate and encapsulate. We finalized the paperwork in our house with Steve, he had a date for the install while he was there and we felt really comfortable with the process. Then we got a call from the office to confirm the install the day before, the crew called on the way that morning, arrived on time, worked neatly and cleanly updating me along the way. When finished I was very impressed and happy I chose Quality 1st basements.

I would personally like to thank Ryan Santaliz who performed the yearly service for my sump pump and french drain system, which was installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems.  Ryan called prior to my appointment and arrived on time at my house.  He explained everything that would be completed during the service call and provided me updates throughout the process.  Even though it was pouring rain while Ryan was here, he meticulously checked the entire system, both inside and outside my house.  After completing the service, Ryan reviewed his findings with me and made sure my system was working properly and would be ready for any future rainfall. Ryan was professional, personable, honest, and he was respectful to me and my property.  I will definitely request Ryan for my next service call.

I am completely satisfied with the job done by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had them waterproof my basement and crawlspace after I noticed some water seepage and issues. I first got introduced to Quality 1st by my neighbor who has his basement waterproofed and finished. When I called to set up my initial inspection the office staff was very helpful and professional. When I met with my inspector he did a superb job at explaining all of my possible solutions and left me with a proposal the same day! The installation crew did a great job and completed everything in 2 days. In the end I chose Quality 1st because I believe in their products.

I called for my free estimate and liked that all of my questions and concerns were answered by the office staff. After meeting with my salesman John I felt confident in what had to be done to waterproof my basement. I invested in the Triplesafe sump pump system along with the full perimeter Waterguard system. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did a great job. They were on time, efficient, quiet and clean. I will gladly recommend Quality 1st to anyone with a water problem.

Annual maintenance of sump pump. This sump pump is great. If we didn’t have it, we couldn’t use the basement. Quality First does a great job keeping it clean & running properly. Highly recommend. Ryan was great and I will request him again next year.
